Prospecting Radar — built and used by GB
The challenge
Prospecting meant opening one website after another looking for a contact. The phone number on a public record is often more than ten years old, and there is no way to tell, just by looking, whether anyone is still on the other end.
What we built
- Queries 6 public sources in parallel and returns in about 2 seconds
- Cross-checks against the WhatsApp published on the company’s own site — a contact confirmed active
- Bulk lookup from a spreadsheet, with validation and de-duplication
- Lead pipeline with drag-and-drop board, owner, follow-up and history
- A weekly watchdog tests whether each source still answers in the expected format
Outcome
Live since July 2026 and in real use by our own sales team. On its first production run, the watchdog already flagged a source that had gone down — before anyone noticed by hand.

The challenge
Keeping a publishing cadence eats exactly the hours that should go to clients. And whoever publishes in a rush ends up publishing without review.
What we built
- Builds the carousel, publishes on schedule and logs the result without anyone opening the app
- Nothing goes live without human approval — content is reviewed before it enters the queue
- If the routine re-runs, the database rejects the second attempt and the post is not duplicated
- A second routine renews the access token on its own, which expires every 60 days
Outcome
Live since 12 August 2026. From database to published post in 27 seconds — and the posts that followed went out on schedule, with nobody stepping in.
